I am 88 and have had constant back pain for over 10 years. Last year spent $ 4000.00 for decompression procedures that did not give me any relief. I work in construction and my back needs a lot of help. The massagers that this provides are great for not being human hands. The heating part provides soothing heat during the massage or just to heat it up if necessary. Vibration also helps me to fight night pain. I use 10-15 minutes and that is more than enough for me. I have a lot of back pain and this offers relief. It helps stretch and gently massage while applying heat. The combination seems to work. I use it on the floor as you need that stable base. The size fits me just right to allow me to comfortably lay on it

I have the lower back pain for a long time. The heat helps a lot and can relieve the pain. You need to use this on the hard floor or carpet but not on the bed especially if you have a soft mattress.

I take pain medication every day and for the first time in I don't know how long, I didn't have to take but 1 today. After having a herniated disc, I never wanted to experience pain like that again. My partner searched and searched for the right device and after talking with their staff we happily waited for my doctor to clear me to use the device. I brought it with me to a recent chiropractic appointment and showed my Dr, he would recommend I use it 2 times a week and I have been. So this was a gift for my father, who suffers from lumbar and low back concerns. Of course I had to test it out myself though. I very enjoyed how my my lower back felt after using it; just as advertised, it felt stretched out and decompressed. I do have 2 recommendations on how it could be improved as a product though, which my father also shares. First, it could be more enjoyable if the vibration function had an option to remain constant, as opposed to only having the option to operate in consecutive waves off vibrating, then stopping, then repeating. Second, we were disappointed to see that it isn't chargeable, but must be plugged into the wall socket at all times. I admit that when I ordered it, I thought it operated on a charge, as I never saw it plugged into the wall in the advertising pictures on the site. So if there was a way to change it's design to allow that, or even at the minimum provide a longer cord (which I'd peg at around 3 feet, not very flexible in placement of you wanna use it on furniture without an extensive cord), that would be my advice for product improvement. Otherwise, we both like it.

This is my review for the lower back message machine.
First of all I want to thanks to the manufacturer of this machine.
In the last 2 months I was diagnosed for a disc herniated. Before use this machine I had a lower back and left leg pain caused by the compression of a scyatic nerve. The first day I used the machine was a little painful for me, but after done the first circle I found that I could walk better with less pain in my leg. Next day I started to fill better. Second day I took a rest and 3th day I used it twice again. It was less painful. And the pain has been desapearing. Today after one day resting I started to use it again and could use it without pain at all. This thing has been magic for me. I wit still use it for ever.
I hope my experience can help some one out there. I know now how hard and painful can be a disc herniated.

This massager is soooooo amazing. First off, the design is elegant and aesthetically appealing, especially for a massager. This unit works flawless out of the box and gives powerful vibration. It absolutely delivers a very deep tissue massage. The vibrations are adjustable to a desired level. After a 15-minute session, it leaves me feeling like a noodle. y what it's supposed to do and I absolutely love it! Wish I would have found this item sooner! Highly recommend! Worth every penny!

If you work in a office. I am pretty sure you have back pain , especially lower back pain. I got this , and I really enjoyed coming back from work and laying on it for about 20 min. It has heat too, which makes it even better. I can just lay on it forever. Definitely worth it

I've tried it for a week now and I feel it is too early to form an opinion about it. Personally, I have not found any marked improvement over my present condition; perhaps a few weeks down the road may have a different story to tell. I wish the height level could have been higher to really feel the stretch. On the auto 1 and auto 2 buttons, one cannot have the massage feature turned on, that's a pity.

After i tested during a almost a month , i would say it’s totally what I expected. I have to sit all day long because of my job and it really painful for my low back. To be honest, they not really work I tends to need a professional deep tissue massage once every one months or so, but this massager is enough to give me relief each night and made difference. My husband tried several times and he began to use every day because he felt difference too. I am strongly considering this is good product and saving my high quality life.after a hard work day you deserve it.
